At Charlie 1 Horse, we want you to wear your styles with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original-condition headwear. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and flair for your unique western lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the item back in its original Charlie 1 Horse packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hat is secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
